Eagle Engagement
Creator and project manager for the Eagle Engagement program at Allen High School. The program is run through an app I developed with SuperFanU (now Presto Sports). Students sign up for the app and check-in to all Allen High School events. The app keeps track of student points from attending sporting events, fine arts shows, community events and more. Additional items, such as community service hours, attending class meetings, and participating in clubs/organizations/sports are also added. Students who reach specific point thresholds earn priority scheduling and exemption status.
Back 2 School Bash
& Flight School
Project manager for inaugural Back 2 School Bash, welcoming students to all in-person learning in July 2021. Also coordinated on the same day, prior to the B2SB, sophomores and at-home learners were invited to “Flight School” as an introduction to campus. The Bash is held in the competition gym and follows a pep rally format. Students learn cheers, the band plays and grade levels compete against each other. After the pep rally, food trucks are stationed in the parking lot and students can attend a club fair down the hallways to learn about all of the organizations available on campus. Now an annual event, planning for fall 2023!
